Commissions ★ Adopts

General Terms★ I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission at my discretion, particularly if the request exceeds current skill level or comfort.★ The following content will not be accepted:→ Heavy gore
→ Explicit NSFW (suggestive content is allowed)
→ Fetish content
→ Content promoting hate or harm

Payment★ Full payment is required upfront.★ Payment may be sent:→ Before work begins, or
→ After sketch approval (only if discussed beforehand via direct message)★ Accepted payment methods: Ko-fi, PayPal, Wise, and GCash

Process & Revisions★ Progress updates (sketch, base colors, etc.) will be sent for client approval.★ Up to 3 minor revisions are free during the sketch and base coloring stages (e.g., small pose tweaks, facial adjustments, color changes)★ Additional minor revisions: $3 flat fee each★ Major revisions (e.g., new pose, composition changes):→ +25% of the original price
→ May increase up to 100% of the original price if a full redraw is required, especially during later stages (e.g., rendering)

Communication★ Communication is available via Ko-fi, Discord, Instagram, X (Twitter), or email.★ Clients are expected to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in response may result in delays in completion.

Turnaround & Cue★ Commissions are slot-based and prioritized by payment order.★ Estimated turnaround time is 1–2 weeks once work has started. Delays will be communicated if necessary.★ Commissions with deadlines will be prioritized and are subject to a 10% rush fee based on the base price.★ Queue progress is publicly tracked via Trello under the following stages: Waitlisted → Current Batch → Sketching → Lineart/Base Coloring → Rendering → Finalizing

Usage & Rights★ I retain full rights and ownership of the artwork.★ Commission are for personal use by default.★ Commercial use costs +100% of the base price. Contact beforehand or select the appropriate add-on if available.★ I may display commissioned work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.★ AI usage is strictly prohibited (e.g., training datasets, generators, etc.)

Refund Policy★ 100% refund — before work begins (pre-sketch)
★ 70% refund — during or after the sketch phase
★ 50% refund — during or after the base coloring phase
★ No refunds once the commission has entered the rendering phase or beyond

Purchase★All adoptables are primarily sold through my Ko-fi store for a streamlined and secure transaction process.★ If you are unable to use Ko-fi, you may contact me via Discord, Instagram, X (Twitter), or email to arrange payment. In this case, a 48-hour payment deadline will be issued.★ Accepted payment methods: Ko-fi, PayPal, Wise, and GCash★ After purchase, you will receive:→ Full-resolution image files
→ Versions with full and transparent backgrounds
→ Additional concept files (if applicable)

Reselling, Trading, & Gifting★ Reselling is allowed under the following condition that you may not resell for more than the original purchase price.★ You may resell for higher than base price if the adopt:→ Includes personal and commissioned artwork, or
→ Reasonable amount of additional content
→ However, resale prices must remain fair and not excessively inflated★ Trading is allowed, unless stated otherwise.★ Gifting is allowed, unless stated otherwise.★ Commercial rights are non-transferable and do not carry over to new owners unless explicitly agreed upon.★ Reselling adopts obtained through trade or for free is not allowed

Usage & Rights★ Once purchased, the character belongs to you. You are free to:→ Add or change name, gender, personality, lore, and design
→ Modify the design as long as it remains reasonably recognizable from the original★ The following are strictly prohibited:→ Use in AI training or generators
→ Minting or selling as NFTs★ Adoptables are for personal use by default.★ Commercial use requires an additional +100% fee:→ Available through 'Pay what you want'
→ If purchasing outside Ko-fi, you must inform me beforehand

Ownership & Credit★ I retain the original creator rights to all adopt designs.★ You may not claim the design as your own creation.★ Please provide credit to me as the original artist when applicable (e.g., first public use).
